I grew up in Marin, with the scent of pine and eucalyptus in the air. With the visuals of bright orange poppies on the hillsides, the wild Pacific ocean and lots of trails for hiking.

Yet it was on the island of St.Croix that I first became inspired to paint. It is, like California, a very magical place and I consider both home.

Soon after starting to paint I began to recieve portrait commissions. Back in California I was fortunate to get to study for a few months with bay area impressionist Jean Henry.
Currently I am enjoying painting people, still lifes, landscapes and historic scenes. My art can be found in many private collections in the West Indies, the United States & Europe.
